Today, SBS announced that Go-Jo would be representing Australia at Eurovision with Milkshake Man.
The announcement followed some speculation that Go-Jo would be our artist and that has consistently seen our odds rise in the Contest.
One week ago, Australia was 19th in the odds to win the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.
By yesterday this had improved to 14th in the odds and today after the song was released, we have climbed to 8th place.

Although Sweden has yet to choose their artist they are currently favourite to win in Basel.
2015 Eurovision winner Måns Zelmerlöw is currently hot favourite to win the Swedish national selection show Melodifestivalen.

Milkshake Man has divided opinion among Eurovision fans but is performing solidly in polls so far.
Go-Jo sits 12th out of the 21 songs released in the My Eurovision Scoreboard app, voted on by over 15,000 people.
However, before we can worry about the potential of winning Eurovision, we have to get out of our semi-final.
Australia will compete in semi-final two on Thursday 15 May (Friday 16 May in Australia).
