Belgium Eurosong’s second and final “song showcase” was broadcast this morning on VRT, the Flemish public service broadcaster. VRT holds the responsibility of selecting the Eurovision participant on behalf of Belgium every second year, tag-teaming with the Wallonian public broadcaster RTBF.

Snippets were released a couple days prior to the showcase, but the live show was the debut for all songs in full.

You can watch the performances below:

1. Jelle van Dael - Monster

2. Mentissa – Désolée

3. Stefanie Callebaut – Gloria

4. Red Sebastian – Strobe Lights

Each artist also performed a cover of a Eurovision classic to warm up the crowd before unveiling their song. Listed below are the covers performed:

  • Jelle van Dael – City Lights (originally by Blanche, Belgium 2017)

  • Mentissa – Rise Like a Phoenix (originally by Conchita Wurst, Austria 2014)

  • Stefanie Callebaut - Tattoo (originally by Loreen, Sweden 2023)

  • Red Sebastian – Arcade (originally by Duncan Laurence, Netherlands 2019)

These songs join the four songs from the first showcase will perform in the final of Eurosong 2025 next Saturday. They will join the first four songs performed the week prior.

  • Grace – Pull Up

  • LEEZ – Perfectly Imperfect

  • Le Manou – Fille à Papa

  • Lenn – Air Balloon

All songs can now be found in full on Spotify. The winner will be chosen by both a jury vote and televote. Amongst the jurors is Eurovision 2023 darling Gustaph.
