The Aussievision team has ranked the competing entries in Estonia's Eurovision 2025 selection show Eesti Laul.

The final of Estonia's national selection show for Eurovision, Eesti Laul, is just around the corner!

Sixteen acts will be vying for victory, including fifteen songs chosen by a jury of music industry professionals, as well as MARTA LOTTA's entry Tantsin Veel, the sixteenth 'wildcard' act chosen by the Estonian public to compete in this year's Eesti Laul final.

After qualifying for the Eurovision grand final for three consecutive years, Estonia will be hoping one of these songs will continue their qualification streak.

This Saturday night (Sunday morning Australian time), we will find out who will be flying the Estonian flag at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest in Basel!

Thirteen Aussievision contributors have ranked the Estonian Eurovision hopefuls using the Eurovision points system, so read on to find out which Eesti Laul 2025 entry was the team's pick!

10. ANT - Tomorrow Never Comes (49 points)

Highs: 10 points from Joel, 8 points from John Christian

Lows: 0 points from Dale, Emma and Troy, 1 point from Liv

"ANT’s Tomorrow Never Comes is one of those songs that just gets you. The tune is gorgeous, his vocals are packed with feeling, and the whole thing just lingers in the best way. It’s the kind of song you feel more and more every time you hear it!" ~Joel

9. Felin - Solo Anthem (50 points)

Highs: 12 points from Hayley, 8 points from Jamie, Laura and Sam

Lows: 0 points from Dale, Joel, Liv, Tim and Troy, 1 point from Saskia

"I loved this song from the first listen. Look, it's not groundbreaking, we have been here before, but I really enjoy this type of music. Sure, it may be a little dated but it takes me back to the 2000s pop-rock girl era which I love. It’s terribly catchy AND sends a great message about loving yourself and putting yourself first – we girls always need to hear these feminist anthems! It is a cracker of a song!" ~Hayley

8. Stereo Terror - Prty Till The End Of The World (55 points)

Highs: 12 points from Jamie and Liv, 8 points from Joel

Lows: 0 points from Emma, Fleur, Hayley, John Christian and Saskia

"This is so far out of the wheelhouse of genres I usually seek out and enjoy but yet this does it for me! There is something totally bizarre and mesmerising about this entry and mashing together of genres. Stereo Terror's aesthetic is eye-catching for the right reasons (I think...) and I feel like I can kick down a door every time I hear it." ~Liv

"This has such an Estonian Electric Callboy feel to it. I really enjoy this music genre and even though they are unlikely to win Eesti Laul and go to Eurovision, I would happily go and see them live in concert." ~Jamie

7. Minimal Wind - Armageddon (56 points)

Highs: 10 points from Laura, 8 points from Emma

Lows: 0 points from Dale, Joel and Sam

"If Stereo Terror wants to party till the end of the world, Minimal Wind just wants to lie down, and that's something I can really relate to! I’m not usually a fan of slow, acoustic songs but Armageddon really stood out to me in this year’s Eesti Laul lineup. It’s a very comforting song and I can't help but get swept up in its melody. It is simple yet exquisite and I can't wait to see how it translates to the stage." ~Laura

6. An-Marlen - Külm (63 points)

Highs: 12 points from Laura and Saskia, 10 points from Fleur

Lows: 0 points from Tim and Troy, 1 point from Emma

"This song is sublimely beautiful! I love the contrast between the hard-hitting bass and An-Marlen’s gentle vocals. I would love for Estonia to send this 2000s trance masterpiece to Eurovision!" ~Laura

"Cool and addictive. I'm obsessed with the synth beat and it sticks out in the lineup." ~Saskia

"This is a solid club track with great sounding vocals. It would need a revamp if chosen though, as it is lacking that something extra which would guarantee final qualification." ~Fleur

5. Anna Sahlene - Love Me Low (68 points)

Highs: 12 points from Dale, 10 points from John Christian and Sam

(Love Me) Lows: 0 points from Emma, Jamie and Saskia

"This is dated. This is schlager. This sounds like something rejected by Melfest. AND I AM OBSESSED. I absolutely love this, it follows a structure we've heard a thousand times before but it's done so well. That chorus is fanbloodytastic. I'm playing this on repeat and I don't care if I am judged for this." ~Dale

"I’m so delighted to see the lady who gave Estonia its second-best-ever result back at Eesti Laul! On paper, this seemingly dated dance number shouldn’t work – especially in a Eurovision already saturated by up-tempo female entries. But the hook in the chorus is so catchy. Every time Anna performs you feel such happiness from her radiant smile and positive energy. Also with Sweden in the same Eurovision semi it may be a good strategic move to select this Swedish native to once again fly the Estonian flag." ~Sam

4. Tommy Cash - Espresso Macchiato (71 points)

Highs: 12 points from John Christian, 10 points from Jamie and Liv

Lows: 0 points from Hayley, 1 point from Joel and Laura

"As a Sanremo purist, my brain is telling me to reject this and send it straight to the bin....but my heart says this is a bop, silly, fluffy, fun, and endearing. We just know he's got a good staging concept tucked up his sleeve - can't wait to see it." ~Liv

"This song is so addictive (just like coffee) and is the type of novelty type artist such as Little Big that has such fun lyrics and is such an earworm. The public vote is what will see this entry win Eesti Laul and accordingly, also be high on the left-hand side of the leaderboard in Basel." ~Jamie

"If the wildcard act had been Cecilia, it would've been a competitive Eesti Laul, but instead, they chose Marta Lotta, so I guess it is his contest to lose. There's no other option left for Estonia but this." ~John Christian

3. Janek - Frozen (79 points)

Highs: 12 points from Joel and Tim, 10 points from Hayley and Troy

Lows: 0 points from Laura and Saskia

"What an emotional powerhouse! The melody pulls you in, and Janek’s voice carries so much raw feeling that it’s impossible not to get swept up in it. It just hits in all the right ways, making it my clear number one!" ~Joel

"I just think there’s something in this song that is really memorable. I think I listened to these songs nearly two months ago and then I left them. This was the only one that I distinctly remembered. It has a strong beat and it has the chance for his vocal range to be shown. I really like this one." ~Tim

"I can’t help but love this slightly cheesy pop ballad. Janek’s vocal on the studio track is really strong. It’s got all the right melodic and vocal hooks. I hope it goes as well live on stage." ~Troy

"I definitely haven’t forgotten about Janek; I loved his 2023 song. That was a tough Eesti Laul year and here we are again, in an incredibly tough year. I really like his voice and this song has a really good melody and great lyrics. Also, does anyone else get reminded of Elena Tsagrinou’s El Diablo in this song?" ~Hayley

2. Andrei Zevakin feat. Karita - Ma ei tea sind (84 points)

Highs: 12 points from Emma and Fleur, 10 points from Dale

Lows: 0 points from Liv

"This song appealed to me the most, it is a little bit rock, a little bit pop and then sugar coated with Karita's vocals. I like the mix, but it might be an acquired taste." ~Fleur

"This electropop banger has really grown on me after a couple of listens. Will be interesting to see if they can recreate the staging concept from the video live but the studio version gets my vote." ~Emma

"Wow this is really interesting. There's a guitar riff and other parts of the song that give me a 2000s Brit indie rock vibe and then we have pop elements plus the use of the glorious Estonian language. It has a lot of peaks and troughs that will work for staging - I'm a big fan, can't wait to see how it turns out." ~Dale

1. ELYSA - The Last To Know (91 points)

Highs: 12 points from Sam and Troy, 10 points from Emma and Tim

Lows: 0 points from Laura

"I’m a huge fan of every song ELYSA has done at Eesti Laul and this continues the trend. What is different is this song from ELYSA’s usual up-tempo repertoire. This is by far her most emotional entry. The power and passion with which she delivers this beautiful ballad is so moving and proves she is such a versatile and talented artist. It will be an uphill battle with some great blokes in this lineup, but I’m hoping ELYSA will finally make it on that Eurovision stage!" ~Sam

"Captivating ballad that I have been streaming for weeks already! I feel like this could have a Cornelia Jakobs moment. I really hope it is celebrated." ~Troy

"Eurovision is light on ballads from the songs selected so far this year, so this could go far. ELYSA has a beautiful voice and knows exactly when to belt it out and when to subtly pull back. I'm not much of a ballad person but this is one I'd be happy to listen to on repeat." ~Emma

"This a great ballad that I didn’t think I would connect to, but here we are. I think there are portions of this song that can really stand out and become distinctive compared to other songs. I think this is probably ELYSA’s best song in Eesti Laul. Would be good in Basel." ~Tim

Other Songs

The rankings of the remaining six finalists were as follows:
