The French Eurovision 2025 revealed that Australia was her favourite entry in a recent Q&A.
It's a question all Eurovision acts get asked: What is your favourite entry from this year's contestants?
Some artists are more across the songs than others and often come up with a surprising answer.
That was the case for Louane from France.
She was asked this in a recent discussion with a live audience.
Louane's music is a blend of traditional French chanson with some pop influences.
Her ballad maman is considered one of the contenders for Eurovision this year.
Louane's favourite entry?
But what was her favourite entry?
"You're all going to be very surprised," she told the crowd.
"I am obsessed with the Australian song."
The answer got a huge cheer from the audience to which Louane responded.
"Yes, you all agree? Yes, you see, you get it!"
She went on to explain her love of the entry.
"I think it's awesome Australia's song," she said.
"I think it's crazy, it's so cool. I am obsessed, my partner is too, he loves it.
Louane's partner is French singer, instrumentalist and composer Florian Rossi.
"My man, he doesn't like anything, as you know," Louane continued.
"He's produced heaps of my songs, he's even produced songs specifically for me, and he doesn't even like those!"
Louane went on to say that Sweden, Austria and Greece's entries are also among her favourites.
Australia's French connection
They are very promising words from the French artist for Go-Jo.
Go-Jo himself has a French father and Milkshake Man does have one line of French:
Excusez-moi monsieur, avez-vous du lait pour moi?
(Excuse me sir, do you have any milk for me?)
It's part of a French language resurgence with six songs in 2025 with at least one line of French.
