This week sees the last of the pre-parties of the season: PerPartyES 2025 hosted in Madrid!
The annual event is held in Madrid, Spain at Sala La Riviera and will see 31 of this year's artists performing - a new record for the organisers. The festival runs over multiple days from 17-19 April 2025.
For those who are unfamiliar with the pre-party scene, cities across Europe and Australia host events to celebrate the current Eurovision artists, bring fans together and build hype for the upcoming contest in May every year.
It provides a less financially strenuous way for people to see artists if Eurovision is out of reach. Additionally, for many entries it is the first few times they are performed live - gaining insight in the lead up to the contest about which artists are gaining momentum!
Schedule:
As provided by the event organisers:
Thursday - 17 April
Opening party with DJs, sing-alongs and costumes!
Friday - 18 April
Welcome concert with previous Eurovision contestants and national final artists with a flag parade featuring the Basel 2025 artists
Saturday - 19 April
Eurovision 2025 Concert featuring the current participants for Basel with guest artists!
The Friday concert is hosted by Saara Aalto (Finland 2018 - Monsters) and Victor Escudero. The main concert on Saturday is hosted by Gjon's Tears (Switzerland 2020 & 2021 - Répondez-moi & Tout l'univers) and Victor Escudero reclaims the stage!
