Måneskin debut on the Australian ARIA charts

Eurovision winners Måneskin have finally made their debut on the Australian charts.

After much success with 'Zitti e buoni' and 'I Wanna Be Your Slave' across Europe, the group hadn't managed to make an impact on the official charts down under until this week.

Their cover of The Four Seasons' 1967 track 'Beggin' reached no.22 on the ARIA singles chart released last night.

The song was recorded by Måneskin back in 2017 after performing it on the' X Factor Italy 'but has had new found success thanks to both viral use on TikTok and the group's rising profile since winning Eurovision.

The song is currently storming the charts across Europe including no.1 in Germany and no.10 in the United Kingdom.

By reaching no.22 in Australia, they have become the highest Eurovision winning artist on there since Måns Zelmerlöw peaked no.19 with ‘Heroes' back in 2015.

Måneskin has also been successful on the Australian Spotify charts regularly featuring the Top 10 of the viral daily and weekly charts with 'Zitti e buoni', ' I Wanna Be Your Slave', 'Coraline' and now 'Beggin'.

We'll see if this introduction to the Australian market will lead to more success for the group here.
