NAPA will represent Portugal at Eurovision 2025

The last national final of 2025 has been run and won with NAPA claiming victory at Festival da Canção which took place in Lisbon this morning.

NAPA was victorious with their song Deslocado which translates as "Displaced" over Diana Vilarinho and Fernando Daniel.

Results were determined by the televote and a series of regional juries allocating points in a 50/50 split (using the classic Eurovision scoring system from 12 down to 1).

The jury results were as follows:

12 Points: Diana Vilarinho – Cotovia

10 Points: Jéssica Pina – Calafrio

8 Points: Fernando Daniel – Medo

7 Points: NAPA – Deslocado

6 Points: Margarida Campelo – Eu sei que o amor

5 Points: Josh – Tristeza

4 Points: Emmy Curl – Rapsódia da Paz

3 Points: Marco Rodrigues – A Minha Casa

2 Points: Bombazine – Apago tudo

1 Points: Peculiar – Adamastor

0 Points: Henka – I Wanna Destroy U

0 Points: Bluay – Ninguém

Once the televote was added, this meant the final ranking was as follows:

17 Points: NAPA – Deslocado WINNER

17 Points: Diana Vilarinho – Cotovia

16 Points: Fernando Daniel – Medo

12 Points: Henka – I Wanna Destroy U

12 Points: Josh – Tristeza

12 Points: Jéssica Pina – Calafrio

8 Points: Bombazine – Apago tudo

7 Points: Marco Rodrigues – A Minha Casa

6 Points: Margarida Campelo – Eu sei que o amor

4 Points: Peculiar – Adamastor

4 Points: Emmy Curl – Rapsódia da Paz

1 Point: Bluay – Ninguém

As NAPA received more points in the televote, they were declared the winner.

Portugal will compete in the first half of the first semi-final at Eurovision 2025 in Basel, Switzerland.

Portugal has competed 53 times since their debut in 1964 and has won the Eurovision Song Contest once with Salvador Sobral and Amar pelos dois in 2017.

Last year Portugal was represented by Iolanda with Grito which finished in 10th place.
